Delete your account

Effective October 6, 2026

You can delete your At My Age account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile (birthday, name, photo), the people on your timeline, every record and plan, your invite code and your purchase status from our servers right away, and we ask RevenueCat to delete its customer record for you. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open the Me tab and tap the gear (Settings).
  2. If you want a copy of your records first, tap Download my data.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with (or, for Apple or Google sign-in, from the email on that account) with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is not covered

  • A subscription is managed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting the account does not cancel it: cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings first, or it keeps renewing.
  • Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own policies; we cannot delete those.
  • Our server logs, which can contain your account’s internal ID but not your name or email, are kept by Cloudflare for no more than seven days.
  • Sign-in emails already sent to you stay in your mailbox.
